Özet
Özerk ve potansiyel olarak süper zeki yapay zekanın ortaya çıkışı, insanlık tarihinin en önemli sosyokültürel dönüm noktalarından birini temsil edebilir. Mevcut tartışmalar otomasyon, yönetişim ve işgücü dönüşümünü ön plana çıkarırken, daha derin kültürel mesele insanlığın kendi kapasitesini aşabilecek bilişsel biçimlerle karşılaşmasına ilişkindir. Bu makale; bilimsel ve teknolojik baskı altında tarihsel modernleşme, üstün yetenekli bireylerin psikolojisi ve eğitimi ile ajansal yapay zekanın yükselişi olmak üzere genellikle ayrı ayrı incelenen üç alanı birbirine bağlayan kuramsal bir çerçeve geliştirmektedir. Bu bakımdan makale, üstün yetenekliliğin toplumların bilişsel asimetriye nasıl yanıt verdiğini anlamak için insan ölçeğinde bir model sunduğunu öne sürmektedir. Üstün yetenekli bireyler; normatif olarak yapılandırılmış ortamlar içinde sıklıkla asenkron gelişim, maskeleme, sosyal yabancılaşma, yoğunlaşmış ahlaki duyarlılık ve eğitim uyumsuzluğu yaşamaktadır. Bu örüntüler, bilişsel kapasiteleri sıradan insan yeteneklerini aşan yapay ajanlara yönelik gelecekteki insan tepkilerini yorumlamak için kavramsal bir mercek işlevi görebilir. Bu çalışma Osmanlı Tanzimat reformları, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti modernleşmesi ve Japonya'nın Meiji Restorasyonu'ndan yola çıkarak ajansal yapay zekanın yeni bir uygarlık baskısı biçimi yaratabileceğini ileri sürmektedir. Bu baskı, başka bir insan uygarlığından değil, insan-dışı bilişsel sistemlerden kaynaklanacaktır. Makale, toplulukların hâkim insan normlarını aşan ajanlara verdikleri sosyal, etik ve kurumsal yanıtları tanımlamak üzere bilişsel asimetri uyumu kavramını ortaya koymaktadır. Sonuç olarak temel zorluğun yalnızca süper zeki yapay zekayı denetim altına almak değil, insan onurunu, anlamını ve ahlaki sorumluluğunu koruyarak üstün bilişsel biçimlerle birlikte var olabilmek için gerekli kültürel ve etik olgunluğu geliştirmek olduğu vurgulanmaktadır.
